1. Service description

Reflex is local software metered by credits. The software runs on your machine and automates your own browser at your direction. We provide a metering service (key validation, credit balances, usage counts) and the website you are reading. We do not operate a browser on your behalf and we do not receive the pages your browser visits.

2. Account

One account per person. You agree to provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for keeping your API key secret; treat it like a password. We may regenerate your key if we reasonably suspect it has been compromised.

3. Credits

One credit is consumed per tool call. Free credits expire 14 days after issuance. Paid credits do not expire. Credits are not currency, are not transferable, and have no cash value beyond the refund policy below.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; we never see your card details. If you bought a pack, we refund the unused balance on request within 14 days of purchase, no interrogation. Refunds for already-consumed credits are discretionary and biased toward yes.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you automate. You may not use Reflex for unlawful access or to violate third-party sites' terms where prohibited by law. We meter tool calls and cannot and do not monitor what you automate or the content of the pages involved.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Reflex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The software drives your own browser and you supervise the agent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes to service and pricing

We may change the service and pricing over time. Credits you have already purchased are honored at the terms in effect when you bought them.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate an account for abuse, with a pro-rated refund of any unused paid credits.
